"Bailey's Heating and Air in Fort Oglethorpe was fantastic! They came out to my house and did a great job. They were honest, professional, and so nice to work with. My mom has used them for years and loves them, and now I see why! It's refreshing to find a company that's both skilled and trustworthy. I'll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or air service!"

"Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a Heating and Air company. I have several properties, and I have used practically every company in Chattanooga through the years. I can honestly say I will never use anyone else but Bailey's Heating and Air. My tech was so sweet. He came on a Saturday and repaired my daughter's unit so she wouldn't spend the weekend without air conditioning. He went above and beyond to accommodate me! 5-star service, 5-star technician. Thank you so much."

"Great communication and very professional. I requested an appointment for maintenance on my units and was contacted immediately. I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. I received a call prior to the appointment time and everything went very smoothly. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Bailey's Heating and Air!"

"Very positive experience. Even with a thunderstorm in the middle of my system installation, the technician and his assistant got back to work and were able to finish the job today. I'm very pleased with the product and the time taken to answer questions and to explain how everything works."

"To be simple, it is the best service in 33 years that we've had at our home. Austin was professional and straight to the point. Recommend McGee highly to anyone that's had a bad experience in service or repair. Thank you again."

"Eric did a fantastic job for me. He came out quickly and then brought Shane the next day to go over the work before the crew came to install my new system. The team installed the system in one day and it works perfectly. Thank you!"

"It's never fun when you lose your AC when it's 90 degrees outside, especially with 3 little ones under 6. The folks at McGee went above and beyond to take care of us. From Christopher getting us scheduled quickly, JD the technician identifying and explaining the problem, and Phil who was absolutely incredible getting us lined up for a new system. It's hard to imagine how an inconvenience could end up any better than what we experienced with this group and we are so grateful. Highly recommend!"
